Part-Time/Full-Time Office Assistant- Accounting Firm

An established accounting firm in the Woodland Hills area is seeking a proactive and energetic Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers approximately 25 plus hours per week in a friendly and casual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- QuickBooks Online data entry

- Intuit Tax Software data entry

- E-File business forms and tax payments

- Conduct online research

- Assist with project and task tracking/organization

- Provide support with marketing activities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles, with knowledge of QuickBooks Online

- Knowledge of AI software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Strong internet research skills

- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Fluent in Spanish, preferred
