We are offering a Part-Time position, up to 30 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time as the business grows or based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Organizing and tracking client jobs/projects
Processing Live Scan fingerprinting
Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships
Conducting online research, utilizing tools like ChatGPT and other AI resources
Assisting with general clerical and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work quickly
Strong online research skills and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus)
