We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team in the Burbank area.
Responsibilities:
Proficient use in QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting tasks.
Handling bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations accurately.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets; strong knowledge of Excel is a must.
Managing emails with clients, vendors, and team members.
Setting up new accounts and maintaining account records.
Filing and organizing documents.
Supporting various administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be experienced with QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliation processes.
Proficient in Excel, including creating and managing spreadsheets.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual: Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
Position Type: Full-time. Monday though Friday
