We are looking for a part-time administrative and accounting assistant to work at our West Hills offices. This is NOT a remote position.
Duties include answering phones, scanning, shredding, sending emails, data entry and assisting in preparing and recording accounting and tax transactions.

High School diploma
Skills:
MS office experience
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and oral communication
Able to multi-task
Independent worker
Highly organized
Spanish speaker a plus
