We are looking for a Real Estate knowledgeable Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing financial records for our company as well as learning the exciting field of private money lending. Enjoy future job growth and financial rewards! We'd prefer you are a CPA.
Responsibilities:
· Participate in underwriting loans for private money lending business. Hands on processing of loans from start to finish
· Quickbooks reporting for business operations to owner
· Use your tax knowledge to advise impacts of investment decisions
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in accounting and tax
· Real Estate investment experience
· Experience with Quickbooks and current computer reporting tools
· Detail and deadline-oriented
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good people skills
