We are a full-service accounting firm located in Eagle Rock, CA providing bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and tax services. We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers the chance to handle diverse accounting tasks while working closely with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
