Job Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.
Duties
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Perform Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Prepare internal management reports, ERP reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist in Monitoring and controlling production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Assist in implementing inventory control processes to ensure accuracy in Inventory Valuation.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Handle accounts receivable functions
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Experience:
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
Familiarity with cash management practices
Experience with accounts receivable processes
Desired Skills & Education:
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Associates Degree in Accounting or higher required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
