This job will entail:
Hiring, training and managing recruiters.
Create a process and strategies for recruiting in the area to meet the clients demand
Partner closely with Sales to target new clients and ensure top notch service
Address and resolve customer service issues
Maintain constant contact with clients through check in calls and meetings.
Prospect and obtain new clients
Some travel through out the area to job fairs, clients, onsite locations, etc.
Qualifications:
1 years minimum ofmanagement experience in the Staffing Industry preferred
Ability to manage a team, a passion for winning and the desire to grow your career, while growing the company.
Bi-lingual Spanish
Base pay is $25-27.00 HR DOE, with a bonus plan.
