About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and capable individual to help manage 25+ short-term rental units. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who understands the ins and outs of listing, pricing, guest communication, and property management. You will also be responsible for posting and managing bookings across multiple platforms.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Facebook Rentals, etc.)
- Ability to efficiently list, optimize, and manage multiple properties
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, guest communication, and booking management
- Must be able to start immediately and dedicate full-time hours
- Experience in property management is a plus
