Job Description:
A General Manager/Vise President of the Company, is responsible for running day-to-day operations at a business and guiding general business strategy.
A General Manager/Vise President duties include overseeing, hiring, training and scheduling staff, tracking cash flow and setting sales goals for their team.
Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
Hiring new staff within a department or business unit
Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients
Working closely with sales reps, account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
Developing new solutions to meet client needs
Improving internal processes for better productivity
Overseeing projects and interpreting performance reports
Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the organization
Qualifications:
Candidate must have minimum of five years experience as a GM in a relevant industry
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
Team-building skills and train sales stuff
MUST HAVE AN EXPERIANCE IN "ONE-CALL" CLOSE
One call close selling requires a high level of sales skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently turn a shopper into a customer.
Great compensation plan, possibility of earning over $250,000 in commissions.
THIS IS STRIGHT COMMISSIONS COMPENSASIONS.
We provide a commissions from the entire overall gross income of the company plus performance bonus.
