Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for automotive repair and team management? We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing body shop team and take charge of daily operations, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of body shop production and workflow
Coordinate repair schedules, quality control, and timely vehicle delivery
Supervise and support technicians and estimators
Assist Bodyman and Estimator with parts procurement for repair of damaged vehicles
Ordering parts
Checking-in received parts
Mirror matching
Returning parts/ creating credit memos
Data entry- creating purchase orders, posting all invoices and creating credits
Setting up and scheduling any sublets
Reconciling parts statements in the beginning of each month
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Communicate effectively with customers, insurance reps, and vendors
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in a body shop or collision repair facility
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, etc.) a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
BODYSHOP EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
