We are seeking a mature resident manager (couple) to work part-time hours managing, bookkeeping, basic maintenance with people skills. Minimum 2 of years- experience as a resident manager, proficient in word, excel, computer literate, customer service, cleaning around the property, rent collection-bank deposits, monitor cameras at property, serving notices, follow up on notices and repairs with tenants, emailing updates daily, showing vacancies, some minor repairs, cleaning units to make rent ready, handling emergency calls and calling vendors when needed for emergencies or repairs. On occasion court appearances may be required if needed.
We will provide a spacious two- bedroom apartment home for the total market rent of $2500.00 per month. Resident managers will be credited $1800.00 rent for managing and you will pay the discounted price of $700.00 per month for rent. Included is a phone to conduct business, printer/copier/scanner for bank deposits, garage parking for 2 vehicles, water, trash included. This position requires approximately 94 hours per month.
This unit comes with stove, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cabinets, two bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living area, central AC/Heat. This is really nice, great for a retired couple, self employed, and a couple where one works one at home.
A security deposit is required.
