We are seeking a talented and motivated TikTok Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales through the TikTok platform. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our TikTok shop sales, affiliate marketing, influencer relationships, and live streaming events.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through the TikTok platform.
2. Help with hiring, training, managing other Tiktok sales team members.
3. Manage the TikTok shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer inquiries.
4. Cultivate relationships with TikTok influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
5. Coordinate and host live streaming events to showcase products and engage with customers.
6. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
7. Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the success of our campaigns.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and achieve company goals.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, campaign results, and key insights.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably within the TikTok platform.
3. Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and algorithm.
