ETO DOORS is a nationwide door company founded in 2007 that caters to domestic and international markets by selling some of the largest door inventory on the market, to residential and commercial customers at affordable wholesale pricing. We have a strong online presence that has enabled us to sell over 1 million doors and currently have showrooms in LA and NY, and Las Vegas.
The Customer Service/Claims Rep will interact with customers on the phone as a problem solver, trouble shooter, and as first point of contact on all claim related issues. Some of the other responsibilities will include shipping out minor accessories to customers.
Some of the qualities desired for this position are:
Excellent organization skills
Good at handling upset customers
Effective customer resolution skills.
Good at following up with customers
Proficient with Excel
Knowledge of Quick books is a plus
Good written and communication skills
40 or more WPM typing skills.
Detail oriented
Professional demeanor with good attendance record
High School diploma or some college preferred
