Customer Service Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer service representative who excels within a fast pace, competitive work environment. Responsibilities include:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls/accounts.
Manage customer account queues.
Make payment arrangements and process payments.
Resolve customer disputes both individually and with management.
Be responsible for achieving all daily, weekly, monthly performance goals & objectives as defined and set by management.
Work with high technology systems and environment
Location and Shift Info
This position is based in Van Nuys, CA with an 8-hour shift schedule of Mon-Fri.
Compensation and Benefits
$18 - $21 per hour depending on experience

Experience and Position Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in customer service (preferred in the auto Industry).
At least 1 year experience in a call center environment.
Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask.
Outstanding attendance record.
Must have people, discretion, persuasion, and time management skills.
Basic mathematics, customer service skills and problem solving.
Working knowledge of internet and related applications
High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
Experience w/ Megasys and RDN a plus
Previous experience in the auto finance industry.
