A multinational company in Walnut is looking for A FULL TIME Customer Service Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to customers assisting with product ordering, and customer inquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Receive customers unresolved issue and forward to the respective department
Keeping detail records of inquiries, complaints, comments and feedback for resolution
Daily staff reconciliation including payment received
Assist with marketing events locally
Other duties as assigned
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies
2. keeping office area neat and tidy
Qualification or Educational Requirements :
High school diploma
Job Skills and Knowledge Requirements :
Oral and written Bilingual English Spanish language with excellent communication skill
Formal computer training an advantage
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Knowledge of clerical, administrative, and customer service principles
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
