We are looking for a detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team.
As a customer service representative, your role will include:
Answering phone calls professionally and courteously
Scheduling jobs effectively, ensuring no overlap or clashes
Entering invoices accurately and promptly
Dealing with normal office duties diligently
The ideal candidate should have great communication skills and maintain a positive attitude always. Previous experience in a similar role is a must. The position is Monday through Friday.
