Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our embroidery company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their orders, answering their questions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide detailed information about our embroidery products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
