We are a fast growing Importing company looking for a full time Inside sales Rep. Entry Level or Previous employment experience in Promotional Products Industry, Manufacturing, or Business to Business wholesale products sales/ASI is a BIG plus.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities.
Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently, oversee multiple projects/ quotes/ orders simultaneously, and good problem solving skills in a dynamic/ high volume environment is a MUST.
Strong and creative CLOSING, up sell, and cross sell skills is a MUST.
Strong people and relationship skills, and, the ability to work with team members under continuous deadlines
Strong leads follow up and development with new and existing clients
Responsibilities:
Work with our clients in an enthusiastic, consultative, informative, caring, and helpful manner.
Develop and CLOSE incoming leads from a variety of sources.
Develop sales leads lists of inactive and active clients - contact, initiate opportunities, consult, quote, CLOSE leads, follow up, and develop on-going account relations.
Follow Up - Seek to understand client's ever-changing branding/ promotional product needs.
Send samples, prepare quotes, and place orders with succinct details to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Education and Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business (a plus); Graduate or Post Graduate Degree (a big plus)
3+ years of inside or outside sales
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, graphics familiarity, and QuickBooks (not required, but a plus)
