Position Overview:

The Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across all projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing project execution, conducting quality audits, managing client relationships, and implementing industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in duct cleaning, HVAC systems, and quality control, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

+5 years of experience in duct cleaning, HVAC work, or a related field.

Blueprint reading skills.

Strong leadership and management abilities.

Excellent written, verbal, and math literacy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and online research.

Exceptional problem-solving and project execution skills.

Ability to travel by car and plane, including overnight and weekend trips as needed.

Must be comfortable working with executives, high-end clients, and industry leaders.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
