Position Overview:
As the Quality Control Executive, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the excellence of our service delivery and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee the execution of projects, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. Your expertise in duct cleaning, HVAC systems, and quality control will be instrumental in ensuring we maintain our industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet or exceed the highest standards of service and safety.
- Project Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of duct cleaning and HVAC projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Process Standardization: Implement and maintain consistent processes for quality control across all teams.
- Training & Compliance: Provide ongoing training for team members to meet industry standards and company policies.
- Client Relations & Sales Support: Act as the main point of contact for high-end clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping to identify opportunities for future business.
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Use data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Oversee external partners, ensuring their work aligns with Action Duct Cleaning’s standards of quality.
- Professional Development: Support team members’ growth by providing guidance and leadership development.
- Industry Benchmarking: Stay up to date with industry trends, ensuring the company is always at the forefront of the duct cleaning and HVAC field.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ Years of Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC systems, or a related field.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret blueprints and technical plans related to duct systems and HVAC components.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and mathematical skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Ability to use Word, Excel, and conduct online research to support quality control efforts.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel by car and plane, including overnight and weekend trips as needed.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working with executives, high-end clients, and industry leaders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to manage vendor and subcontractor negotiations and deals.
