We are seeking a female bilingual customer service/spa manager to answer phone calls and texts remotely. This is a part-time position answering the phone from the comfort of your own home. Since phone call and text volume vary day to day, you could engage in other work, school, home activities simultaneously.

Customer service/Massage Spa Manager would answer phone call inquiries and respond to text messages for two massage spas in the Pasadena/Arcadia area. This would start as a remote position but may morph into an in person, on site, Massage Spa manager position in the Pasadena area. There would be a trial period from 1-2 weeks to see if the position works for both parties. The pay would start at approximately $1,500 a month to manage phone calls, text and bookings for 1-2 spas. There will be additional bonuses ranging from $400-$1200 per month for certain quotas that are reached. This position could also increase to answer customer inquiries and book appointments for 4 or 5 spas which would increase the base monthly salary to $3000-$3,500 per month plus additional bonuses for quotas reached. This would be a part-time position where you are answering phone calls, responding to texts remotely, from home, etc. The inquiry texts and phone call volume may vary from day to day. Some days there may be a few calls/texts and other days, there could be 100-200 inquiries. You would be given 1-2 cell phones and may also need access to a computer or laptop.

The general hours that you would be needed to answer the phone would be 8am-4pm (there is some flexibility here) 5 days a week, M-F, or maybe one weekend day, such as Saturday or Sunday.

This would be an ideal position for someone who:

-Female with an attractive voice who is bilingual in English and Chinese. If you are close to fluent in either language that could be acceptable. Applicant must be able to type in fluent Chinese.

-Extremely detailed. If you are not highly organized in your work, this is not the right position for you. It's not just answering the phone, but being extremely accurate with schedules, notes, etc. We are looking for someone very brainy.

-Since every hour is different, you would be able to engage in other activities while managing this job, as long as you are ALWAYS able to answer the phone.

-Bonus if you have experience working in a spa, as a masseuse, or managing a spa.

This could be a great part-time job for someone, but also could morph into a very good income.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the spa, including scheduling.

Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients and staff members

Qualifications

Female and fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required
