Position: Customer Service/Client Relations Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-4:30PM
Duties:
1. Answer phone calls and emails.
2. Mostly office work with occasional field visits.
3. Act as a liaison between the companyand clients.
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers.5. Proactively communicate with clients regarding project status, progress, and any potential issues or changes.
Requirements:
1. Experience in restaurants, casinos, or hotels.
2. Good communication and appearance.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Positive attitude and people skills.
6. Self-oriented and professional.
7. Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
Compensation: $6,000-$7,000 per month depending on experience.
