Voda Spa is a premiere day-spa resort featuring full-access to a 15,000 square ft. facility including: Massages, Facials, Scrubs, Wraps, Dry/Wet Saunas, Turkish Steam Room, Leisure Pool, Jacuzzi, Private VIP Spa, Restaurant, Fully Licensed Bar, Bistro Cafe, Memberships and Private Events.
Spa Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility along with general customer service including body treatments (mud masks, platzas, etc.) - Applicants must be comfortable performing services on people as well as being in hot saunas for short periods of time. Ideal for students and young professionals.
Job Description:
- Escorts spa guests to changing areas in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide towels, robes, slippers and other toiletries to guests.
- Provide tours of locker room and spa facility to guests and explain the set-up, workings of locker rooms, sauna area, and showers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with any questions.
- Monitor spa floor for cleanliness, dispose of soiled linen as well as fold and restock linen as needed and ensure all areas are clean and replenish supplies.
- Cleans and sanitizes locker room, restrooms, shower areas, poolside/saunas and all other areas of the spa.
- Understands the basics of the spa service menu, beverage menu, and products in order to communicate knowledgeably with guests and selling spa services.
- Providing a variety of beverages including tea and blended smoothies which are made to order.
- Providing poolside treatments on clients including mud masks, body scrubs, and various treatments performed inside the hot saunas.
- Maintain professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
