VERY BUSY AUTO BODY SHOP SEEKING RELIABLE FULL - FRONT DESK-CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH OFFICE EXPERIENCE
We are seeking someone with office related experience and qualified to answer our phones, greet customers and fulfill administrative duties. This position requires a person to be a fast learner and can multi-task, at its best. Job duties include filing, opening files in the computer, basic data entry, answering phone calls from customers and insurance companies, so familiarity of each file is necessary. You will be making calls to customers and maintaining scheduling program. We require someone who maintains professional appearance and is approachable and understanding of customers. RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST!
