As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of their dry cleaning orders ( Will Train )
Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions ( Will Train )
Handle customer inquiries over the phone
Keep the store and counter clean and organized
Assist with other tasks as assigned by management ( Will Train)
