Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients by phone and email
- Post products detail online and social media
- Product sales and introduction
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Experience:
- Familiar with online or social media sales, like google, Facebook, Instagram
- Familiarity with local roads and neighbourhoods is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills:
- Office skills: Proficiency in basic office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Computer skills: Basic computer skills including data entry, social media, email communication, and use of online navigation tools
- Calendar management: Experience in managing schedules and coordinating appointments or deliveries
- Clerical skills: Ability to perform clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
