Personal Assistant

Cirrus Asset Management, Inc are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings

- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages when necessary

- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity

- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Knowledge of office procedures and phone systems
