We Are Looking For a Customer Service Representative to Join our Team!

The perfect candidate will be team-focused, analytical, personal, and professional growth-minded. The position requires a dependable, motivated person that is detail oriented, proficient on the computer and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone. Special consideration given to applicants with Service Titan and plumbing experience.

Rooter Solutions Plumbers is one of the largest and still growing Plumbing companies in California and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries for the business.

Maintain a “Call Board” to ensure a full day’s work for the service team.

Contribute to the common good of the business. We don’t say things like “That’s not my job” We are many members of a team that works as one.

Technical work performed and customer interactions will result in online positive reviews. Actively ask customers to complete online reviews and provide feedback online.

Be able to keep constant contact with customers and technicians, keeping them updated on job developments.

Work closely with technicians, Managers, and customers to efficiently dispatch for service requests.

Mailing & Administrative paperwork.

Must be able to multitask with phone communications and computer skills.

Capable of providing each caller with professional and helpful attitude while actively listening to their needs.

Gather detailed customer information and enter it into our database.

Ability to communicate professionally, patiently, and clearly on the phone.

Must be able to work with a team and be able to follow directions independently.

Must be able to read a map and read directions.

Basic computer skills are needs, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

Able to navigate web-based Service Titan with speed, ease, and efficiency.

Must keep a high-level awareness of Customer Experience

Excellent interpersonal communication skills High level of professionalism.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ability to clearly input information into a software system.

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus).

Must be able to express empathy.

Be able to express themselves in a constructive manner.

Positive outlook.

Ability to calm people down when they are frustrated.

Physical requirements

This job requires sitting or standing at a computer and being on the phone (Headset) for most of the day.
