Food Makers Bakery Equipment is currently seeking to hire a Sales Support Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Job Responsibilities:
Working Directly with Salesman taking care all his customers
Creating quotes for Customers
Processing orders Invoicing applying money
Able to Process Credit Card Transactions
Making Sure Order get process and ship on the require time
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Job Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Billing on daily basics
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Fluent on Spanish is plus
Sage Accounting software.
