Cashier
America's Recycling Company is a fast-growing waste management company looking to hire an efficient cashier. We are looking for someone who is a team player, a responsible employee, and a person who has strong organizational skills. Your main responsibilities include handling monetary transactions, being attentive to the information being relayed to you by the other yard crew, and handling a steady stream of customers under pressure. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s steady growth and help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals as well as provide a new stream of customers. Many of our customers only speak Spanish so speaking Spanish is a plus.
Duties
Generate tickets for inbound and outbound loads
Ensure pricing is correct
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
Maintain clean and tidy areas
Keep reports of transactions

Basic math, reading, and writing skills
At least 2 years of cashiering and customer service experience
