Full-Time Medical Supply Store Associate (SUBMIT YOUR RESUME)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Medical Supply Store Associate. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing, answering phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, and handling customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store daily.
- Answer phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
- Assist with product information and recommendations.
- Manage in-store transactions and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Address customer concerns and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with medical supplies is a plus and training will be provided.
