We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated customer service/sales representative to join our dynamic and professional team. The individual who will be considered for the position will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone and processing online form filings. We will train you!

Responsibilities

Ability to handle high volume of calls, to keep the conversations separated, and deal with the clients in a friendly manner.

Assist customers over the phone with all the inquiries regarding trucking filings and registration.

Communicate and update customers regarding orders, pricing, status of the processing, etc.

Manage online orders and pdf filings.

Requirements

Fast Paced

Effective negotiation skills

Computer/internet skills

40+WPM

Ability to multi-task and yet be detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written commination skills

Responsible, reliable, honest and professional

Excellent organizational, filing and follow up skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team under minimal supervision

Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
