Job Type: Part-Time (4-8 hours per week). Very flexible. Can workout one to three sessions from 2 to 4 hours long throughout the week (weekday and weekends okay)

About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Education teacher/tutor to work with a gifted 3-year-old with unique learning needs. This position will focus on play-based, child-led learning, allowing the child to explore and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in playful, educational activities tailored to the child’s interests and abilities.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
Develop and implement activities that cater to the child’s unique learning style.
Communicate and collaborate with parents to track progress and share insights.
Ensure a safe and positive learning space.
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education.
Familiarity with gifted education and unique learning needs (preferred).
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children.
Ability to adapt activities based on the child's interests and developmental stage.
Background check will be conducted prior to hiring.

Has own transportation to client's home, a library, or park for the sessions. Parent will be present.
