Looking for ambitious, professional, and dedicated individuals who love children, to work on-call as a substitute teacher at our private preschool. This position requires a person to work as a substitute preschool teacher performing all duties assigned to him/her by the administration. Must be willing to be flexible with a variety of assigned tasks.
The SUBSTITUTE TEACHER will be on-call to replace regular teaching staff daily. Some light computer experience is desirable. Teaching experience not required but highly desired. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus. The position is highly physical with long periods of standing and moving, and requires a person in good physical condition. May require light travel in school vehicles for weekly field trips. Must be open to outdoor classroom instruction and outdoor supervision of children. Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds daily. Schedule is intermittent with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Perfect for students and actors who work irregular hours. Pay rate: $21.00 per hour with room for growth. W2 employment. Must pass Livescan background check. Please provide proof of vaccines including Covid. Must provide professional referrals.
