We are a design firm specializing in residential properties, seeking experienced Project Manager/Job Captian. Ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in the processing of building permits. Must be proficient with AutoCAD and able to read and coordinate architectural, structural and civil plans.
Duties
- Collaborate with the project team to develop architectural designs and drawings
- Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections using ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max
- Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
- Prepare construction documents, including drafting and detailing
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with design intent
- Assist in the preparation of specifications and material selections
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, and other relevant design software
- Strong drafting skills and knowledge of graphic design principles
- Familiarity with system design, schematics, and construction documentation
- Experience with Revit is a plus
- Knowledge of interior design principles and materials selection
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CAD software for architectural drafting
