Jeff Zhang Associates, Inc is seeking a project architect with 3 to 7 years' experience to join our team.
We specialize in the design and construction of accessory dwelling units (ADUs). As a Project Architect/Designer, you’ll guide our homeowner clients through the design process. Provide architectural design to satisfy their needs. This role is a great opportunity for the right person to get involved in all aspects of design and construction management and take on the responsibilities of a good opportunity.
In this position, you’ll be working on ADU’s at several phases from Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings to Permit Submission as well as construction management responsibilities. This position is full/part time position depending on qualifications. Ownership potential for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
3 to 7 years professional experience (No more than 10 years) in residential architecture. Licensed preferred.
Degree in architecture from accredited U.S. architecture program
A passion for Real Estate, Architectural Design/Structural Engineering and ADUs
Strong communication skills graphic, written, and oral communication skills with clients. Proficient in Spanish is a plus.
