Interior designer of high end residential and commercial projects officed in West Hollywood is looking for a draftsperson with an expert level knowledge of Auto CAD. This would be a consulting job, with the potential to grow into something full-time. Some face-to-face meetings required with the principal and production could be done remote.
Requirements & Needed Skill Sets:
Degree in architecture, Interior design or a related field.
A minimum 3 years experience drafting for high end residential or commercial design projects.
Local applicants only.
Projects range from full sets of construction drawings to red lines.
Potential on site field verification needs.
If you have 3D MAX, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other 3D rendering software experience, let us know.
Strong communication verbally and written is a necessity.
