You must have construction experience, able to read plans, perform takeoffs, experience to bid or price out work is a plus. Build multi-layered relationships with new prospects, be hard working and keep focus on achieving goals. Preferred Candidates must have:
Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Office, Planswift, Blue Beam or other Estimating software
Read drawings, perform takeoff and estimating experience
Effective oral and written communication skills.
High level of customer empathy
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Determined and self-discipline (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision)
Ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to win work / close deals
Customer Service driven.
Team Players.
Intensely goal-oriented
