The General Contractor's Assistant position is to be the right hand to the CEO, assisting with projects from the start to completion.
Job Duties:
Responsible for maintaining lines of communication with Owner, Crew, Office, Subcontractors, and Vendors
Must have MS Office Suite and previous administrative experience
Keep track of project tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines
Buy materials and ensure proper construction materials and quantities are always onsite for worker use
Manage all forms of communication, including phone calls, messaging, emails, letters, etc, between the CEO’s office and our customers, subcontractors, staff and partners.
Organize and oversee the tasks and schedule of the CEO. This includes direct or indirect involvement with: Project Management, New business / sales, Administrative, Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, Scheduling
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Construction experience preferred
Retrieve, produce and convey data in an easy to understand way, though photos, measurements, drawings, etc.
Great communication and follow-through skills
Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
