We are looking for a Architectural CAD draftsperson / designer.
-Must have experience with base building code.
-Mainly deal with room additions and adding ADU.
-We are not hiring for remote work.
-8 hours a week $30 per hour
Requirement
- Must have access Auto CAD software
- Must have experience in architectural design.
- Must able to work independently and do research local zoning codes
- Organized, creative and strong communicate design ideas
