Job Title: Personal Assistant & Office Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support a small business owner in a dynamic and creative work environment. Our business operates within the architecture, interior design, and construction space, so prior knowledge in these areas is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple responsibilities, take initiative, and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business owner
Manage office operations and workflow
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
Handle client communications and maintain positive relationships
Support sales efforts and assist with showroom presentations
Prepare estimates, invoices, and other business documentation
Coordinate marketing initiatives and social media presence
Maintain and update client and vendor records
Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, showroom sales, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in sales, estimating, marketing, and invoicing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with new clients and maintain long-term relationships
Familiarity with architecture, interior design, or construction industries (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Design 2020 or other design software (preferred but not required)
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of office software and digital tools
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work full time in-person
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
