St. Joseph Center (SJC), a multi-program social service agency is recruiting a Administrative Assistant for the ODR program. Serving as a team member and while adhering to the mission of St. Joseph Center, the Admin Asst. is responsible for providing both administrative and overseeing day-to-day expenses of the program/department. The Office of Diversion & ReEntry (ODR) has awarded St. Joseph Center a contract to provide intensive case management services to individuals in the ODR program. The purpose of the ODR program is to divert individuals with serious mental, physical and/or substance use needs away from the criminal legal system and into tailored/long-term community-based care, housing and support services. Under the supervision of an Agency Director(s), the Administrative Assistant will:Oversee program budget and expensesTrack day to day program expensesOversee SJC accounts and use appropriately to order supplies & supportive services for clientsSupport team with file monthly file reviewsSupport team with updating master client rosterPerform administrative duties of program and provide support to the ODR teamsPerform clerical duties to include but are not limited to computer tasks, faxing, mailing, filing and copying.Handles telephone and e-mail inquiries, responding when/as appropriate.Arranges conference calls, meetings and notifying all appropriate parties.Assists in the coordination and set-up of scheduled meetings.Creates and modifies Word/Excel documents as directed.Performs data entry related tasks.Other duties as assigned.
