DescriptionThe Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (Assistant CRC)assists the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical ResearchCoordinator in contributing to the overall operational management of clinicalresearch/trial/study activities. The Assistant CRC recognizes and performsnecessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or SeniorClinical Research Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work tomeet necessary deadlines. The Assistant CRC will support the Clinical ResearchCoordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in planning andorganizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol andapplicable regulations. The responsibilities outlined in the job descriptionprovide a general overview of duties and tasks performed by Assistant ClinicalResearch Coordinators.This is a part-time, limited position that may convert to career.Salary Range: $27.08 - $43.55 HourlyQualificationsRequired:

Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships.

Strong organizational capabilities.

Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions.

Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.

Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and professional manner.

Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.

Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual.

Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry.

Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications.

Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion.

Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents.

Preferred:

Experience in a Health Care Setting.
