What You'll Do:
Develop key relationships with customers through the following methods: identify and engage key decision makers within potential customers, prospect and cold call generation, frequent follow up, utilize strategic questioning, and drive to root issues to identify customers’ needs.
Implement innovative sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins within your assigned territory.
Each day you will travel by car independently throughout your assigned territory to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions.
Engage technical staff and management as needed to develop retention and growth strategies.
Communicate the ChemTreat value proposition to the customer base.
About You:
You have likely earned a four-year college degree or relevant experience
You are a driven, high-performing professional who enjoys talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales or related field
Ability to establish long-term business relationships
Must Have:
A valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Pay is dependent upon factors including experience, skill set, and geography. The pay range for this role is $94,000 – $130,000 and may also be eligible for bonus, incentive pay, and commission.Immigration sponsorship is not available for this roleUS ONLY :The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $120,000 USD per year.
