About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking as part of CSBB Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Verify customer cash deposits through a large cash sorting machine
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
6+ months of cash handling experience
10-key numerical data entry experience
Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations
Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Job Expectations:
Training: 2 weeks on the job training
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm or until work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business )
Shift may start early (Based of business needs)
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours of work
Ability to lift 50 pounds
