We are looking for an Associate Production Manager to join our team working directly with our sales and marketing teams to develop dynamic digital content that will connect our amazing brand partners directly to the right audience - then we crew up with the best in the business to make it happen! We create and produce entertaining content for countless digital platforms in partnership with high-level influencers, and brand partners.This role is crucial to our production and creative operations in the office and on set.Responsibilities:Manage and process freelance payroll
Manage and maintain all production trackers and schedules
Manage PCard assignments
Reconcile expenses
Manage all vendor onboarding and payments
Work with the talent manager to handle high level talent payments and POs
Manage SAG submissions and payments
Manage insurance inquiries
Process all freelance crew onboarding and paperwork
Assignment tracking
Work closely with finance teams to close out production books for each quarter and end of year
Assist freelance producers with internal process and systems
Book freelance crew and talent travel
Assist Executive Producer with creative and production department operations and project management
Office Runs
Generate and process all production vendor POs
Schedule department meetings
Distribute meeting notes
Distribute and organize production documents
Ensure all wrap out processes and documents are completed and organized properly
Basic Qualifications:At least 2+ years experience in a lead production coordinator role
Excellent communication skills and email etiquette
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
Interest in advertising / commercial production
Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of generating POs, payroll systems, reconciling expenses, P-Cards and timecards
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Google applications and Slack
Knowledge of S/MART, Concur and Showbiz Budgeting
Positive attitude with proven demonstration to maintain relationships and collaborate with the organization
