Description Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: San Fernando Valley (Hybrid - 3x Onsite)Salary: $120,000 - $140,000We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team in the San Fernando Valley. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on process documentation and flows. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholder requirements and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Document and analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Utilize customer/user journey mapping techniques to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
Make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and providing support as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process documentation and flows.
Experience with customer/user journey mapping and making recommendations for improvement.
Familiarity with Adobe (AEM), CRM, or similar technologies is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to both short-term and long-term initiatives.
Proven track record of being disciplined and process-oriented in approach.
