Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, operating remotely, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The Business Analyst will primarily focus on Salesforce administration and will be responsible for liaising between business users and developers.Responsibilities: Utilize Salesforce administration skills to manage and maintain the Salesforce system. Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the Salesforce system operates efficiently and effectively. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement within the Salesforce system. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce administration. Use Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects. Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira and Informatica to manage and analyze data. Design and implement business process functions within the Salesforce system. Create and manage Business Requirement Documents. Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to manage customer relationships and service delivery. Leverage EO/IR systems to enhance the organization's operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodology. Familiarity with EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, and Informatica. Strong understanding of AB Testing procedures. Extensive knowledge of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document creation. Experience in Design and Salesforce Administration. Proficient in Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and FSCM. Ability to analyze databases and improve system efficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
