Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Associate in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our industry by ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and efficient customer service. Responsibilities: Execute precise data entry operations, maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely manner. Handle the reconciliation of account discrepancies, providing solutions to maintain accurate financial records. Process and manage invoices, ensuring all payments and receipts are correctly recorded. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Razors Edge to manage and analyze financial data. Act as a first point of contact for financial queries, providing excellent customer service. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial information, maintaining our commitment to data privacy. Assist in coordinating meetings and events, providing logistical support and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed. Provide support for fundraising activities, including tracking donations, managing donor databases, and preparing correspondence. Produce and proo correspondence and reports, ensuring all documents are accurate and professionally presented.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), capable of processing invoices, authorizing payments and managing expenses Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), able to track and collect payments, update accounts and resolve any discrepancies Strong Data Entry skills, able to input financial data accurately and swiftly Capable of efficient Invoice Processing, reviewing invoices for accuracy, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce financial reports, perform complex calculations and analyze dataRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
